"Several times the original key fob I was using wouldn't work. It didn't matter whether there was a new battery or not. I was able to start the car using an alternate method I located online. Since the 2nd time it happened, I replaced the original key fob with an alternate one that also came with the car. The same thing happened with this key fob. I replaced the battery and so far, the situation hasn't reoccurred."
