    Road Test

The Avenger, like the related Chrysler 200, is an outdated and outclassed design that is uncompetitive among family sedans. The Dodge Avenger was freshened in 2011 with an exterior facelift, a new interior, revised suspension, and a new V6. But none of this was enough to make this aging design competitive. The Avenger still ranked at the bottom of family sedans in our Ratings.
