"the screen froze about 6 monthes ago. and they were going to replace the whole video screen. updates did not fix it. finally they reset it to brand new car setting and I started from scratch. sometimes screen will not gegonize my phone is attached by cable. I think car play by apple has lots of glitches. also dealer said many screen problems like mine and would take about a week to get new screen. about 1 month later i brought car back in and they decided to reset everything instead of replacing it. dealer tech very nice but he did not know how how apple carplay was updated( it updates by phone) was told by tech that i had to get toyota app and sign up for paid services so that I could get toyota software updates. have not done it."
