""Shortly after delivery, the charge port wouldn't let go of my home charger plug. Even the emergency release wire did not have any effect. A mobile technician came and had to use brute force. The vehicle then went to the service center to have the port fixed and there were some follow up issues. Now more recently, the vehicle would no longer charge on DC fast chargers (L3 chargers). The service center found out that again some problem with the charger port had caused this. The good news: Rivian fixed it all under warranty.""
