"Purchased car new March 2024. In November 2024 that car was completely dead one morning. Car had to be towed in to the dealer and they replaced the 12V battery and performed software updates for fix battery drain. July 2025 car was dead again and had to be towed to the dealer. Car is still at dealership for repairs. They know the 12V battery died again but can't seem to understand what is causing the battery drain."
