    Display screen goes blank

""Past 2 months Apple Car Play comes on when iphone is plugged in. At first maps came up as it should. Now it will show Lexus maps and not Car Play. Then it will come up with a screen saying to put in email and password. But not for what? I've checked my iphone and everything is allowed as necessary but will not load. It's to the point I x off the screen and hope I can find where I need to go. The headsup will show the turns most of the time. The grey log on screen will come up on the Lexus screen over and over asking for email and password. It's Dangerous trying to drive and deal with this mess of a screen when you do not know where you're going for doctor appointments in a large city, you're not familiar with. This started at the end of February 2025 and has not been resolved to date, tried to contact through Siri in car, no response. I tried to call dealer once and told updates should fix. Problem has not been resolved as of April 30th.""
