    What Owners Say

    Apple CarPlay

"New iPhone 16 -is paired to use the iPhone but not apple CarPlay. I got an Apple cable and even that doesnt work"

    Anonymous, (2022 Lexus RX Hybrid 450h 3.5-L V6 hybrid)

"this is a dupl;icate of the previous comments I just made as somehow it was recorded to you that I had two of these Lexus 450H 2022, I only owned one- so not repsonding to this second one here"

Anonymous, MA (2022 Lexus RX Hybrid 450h 3.5-L V6 hybrid)

"Problem has not been resolved. Since buying the car, I have had trouble with the speaker when using car play. I often have to take it off Car Play (in this car model and year, you have to be corded in to use Apple Car Play) because the person I am speaking to (including the Lexus dealership!) cannot hear me. So I switch to just blue tooth, or just use the Iphone 16 speaker. I have so many friends with Lexus who have experienced the same thing. I took it back they did an upgrade or down load to the Apple Car Play and it never made a difference. I gave up complaining. I am going to start to look for a new car, I love everything else about this Lexus, but if there is no improvement to the Apple Car Play, it will be a deal breaker. I have owned 3 previous Lexus 450H and the car is super reliable, and great quality."

"I was able to get it to pair so I can make phone calls"

    Anonymous, (2022 Lexus RX Hybrid 450h 3.5-L V6 hybrid)

"this has not been a terrible problem, just takes a few tries to plug into Apple Car Play, I have to disconnect the cord and try again and again to get it to work."
