    Anonymous A., IL (2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy 3.8-L V6)

""Tow harness. The dealer removed the fuse from the tow harness due to a fire risk. After not being able to tow anything for more 2 years and having the Hyundai and the dealer refuse to fix the recall, we pad over $800.00 to have the problem fixed by an independent company. What Owners Say

    Calipers

""Owned the Palisade for less than two months before we noticed a major issue with breaking. My son was driving with my wife and needed to brake for a stop at an intersection. Luckily they were able to stop the vehicle in time (to avoid an accident) at an intersection by downshifting. They were down the road from our house so they slowly limped it home. When I got home, I inspected each wheel and noticed that the rear driver side brake caliper had totally come off the rotor and was leaking brake fluid all over the ground. Contacted the dealer that I bought the Palisade from and explained the situation. To their credit the service manager was professional and understanding. He arranged for a tow truck to have it picked up and sent to the dealer and they fixed the issue for us at no charge (and addressed another minor issue).""
