"The moonroof drains were installed incorrectly causing the carpeting inside to get wet. It took several visits to convince dealer that there was a problem. Finally when the floor mats were frozen to carpeting they believed me. They had to replace several components that were not installed correctly and I made the replace the carpeting in the car as it would have gotten mold."
