""The 'infotainment system' kept gliching. It would always start out ok after starting from cold. Then it would progressively get worse, more issues, touchscreen wouldn't respond. It would hang up on calls and begin some calls. Every touchscreen button and physical button would become disfunctional, it would start to skip back & forth from maps to apps to radio, back to maps etc. on and on. We had a warranty but had to go to the dealer and drive it around long enough for them to believe that there was in fact a problem. They finally agreed to replace the entire screen/infotainment system with a new one. It seems to be working fine now for the last 3 months.""

""AC started to blow warmer over time. Mechanic checked for leaks but found none. Then they hooked it up to some "Government Required" new freon machine that checks to make sure no 'non-environmental friendly' freon was used. It took 45min remove ALL the Freon from the system, once it decided that the Freon was "Clean" it determined that I was 1lb low and then it added the existing freon back with an additional 1lb. That took another 45min. The mechanics said it was the "SUPER-Expensive" govt machine that took so long. So far it has been cooling properly.""
