"A sunroof leak that seems to be consistent with this model of BMW (according to users on Reddit, BMW forums, and former BMW employees). My argument with BMW was that they should be covering the costs to repair it, not us. I fought immensely with BMW for months, and they EVEN AGREED WITH ME, that this was not a "wear and tear" issue, but instead a manufacturing issue, yet they did NOT cover 100% of the costs. B/c the sunroof on a $60,000 car should NOT be leaking after 5 years."
