Anonymous, NY (2022 Acura MDX Advance 3.0-L V6 turbo)"On 09/17/2024 I took my MDX into the dealer because there was not much cold air coming out of the vents. The technician discovered that the A/C suction hose and air conditioner (combination/heat exchanger) pipe had signs of corrosion with small amounts of freon escaping. The parts were replaced, and the problem was solved."

Car was delivered with warped rotors, navigation system stuck on N,Y.area,touchpad was unusuable due to spilled liquid, and left front radar sensor was broken. It took me 4 trips to a dealer in another state to have all problems resolved."

"Car died while stopped at a traffic light and would not restart. After several weeks wait, Acura dealer diagnosed an engine problem, which was covered under warranty. Engineer was replaced. Battery wouldnt hold a charge so it was also replaced. Car was returned to us but battery still wouldnt hold a charge. Back to the dealer, who diagnosed a starter problem. Starter was replaced at our cost. Battery was never the problem but we had to pay for it anyway."

"It is really that there is a loose connection so the display freezes then eventually reboots. I can't use the system while this is happening. It started about a year ago but only happened once a month. I couldn't reproduce the problem so I didn't bring it in for repair. Now it is happening every time I drive. I am now out of warranty so I haven't done anything yet."
