What is it? The freshened 2008 Nissan Armada debuts in Chicago with new exterior styling, enhanced technology options, and more luxury amenities. The exterior update includes a new front and rear fascias, new headlamp and fog lamp designs, and a one-piece roof rack. Inside the vehicle, there is a 3rd-row power folding 60/40-split seat, new colors and fabrics, heated steering wheel (LE model), and new gated shifter. Technology enhancements include an Intelligent Key with twist start, enhanced sound system, Bluetooth capabilities, and improved navigation system.
Based on the Nissan Titan, the Armada has a towing capacity of 9,100 pounds and a standard 317-hp, 5.6-liter V8 engine. The powerplant is available in Flexible Fuel Vehicle (FFV) configuration, allowing drivers to use traditional gasoline, E85, or the two fuels in combination.
