What is it? Designed in Europe, the Kee concept sees Kia explore the coupe potential. The broad design theme visible in this car will set the tone for Kia’s future lineup. Kia has hinted that the front-wheel drive Kee is not trying to be a true sports car but rather an everyday car. This design exploration makes extensive use of aluminum and plastic for the body shell to reduce curb weight.

Underhood is a new 2.7-liter V6 rated at 197 hp. The transmission is a six-speed manumatic, with paddle shifters mounted behind the square-bottomed steering wheel.

What is new or notable: The door “handles” are electronic micro-switches set into the side-window glass.
